I think it's obvious. The further from a private school a player is, the less motivation the player will have to go all the way to that school.

Similarly, the next Beckwith could go to, say, Redemptorist or Southern Lab, but that's a 30 minute haul each way and that is a detriment.

I know Curtis has had kids from Houma-Thibodaux, but let's face it, the bulk of their kids are Jefferson Parish kids, plus some Orleans, St. Charles and a few St. John's kids.
