Hicks and Jordan would have that on lock.
Would be fine with a Hicks/Bunkley/Jordan front, but I think Hicks is best suited for NT. Hicks playing End, which in a 3-4 is more like a tackle, would work as well.

Obviously, if they feel Hicks is better suited for NT, then LDE becomes a need.
If Bunkley plays NT, then Hicks will play LDE, I don't think there's even a question there.

I forgot about Bunkley, and I am actually now more confident in our DL with him at NT. Hicks is a great fit at DE though. Remember, DE's need the size too, because, as you stated, they are more of the DT role for a 4-3. If Bunkley can bulk back up, then this may be a very good fit.
That brings me to thinking ILB, CB and SS are our biggest needs. I really like Juniah and Tez as OLB's, though i wouldn't be against drafting another this year. PITT always drafts OLB's in their drafts and continues to groom them for eventual starters. None of their OLB's were first round picks. Woodley was second, and that was uncharacteristically high for their drafting strategy. Though the landscape has changed with the large number of 3-4 teams in the league now, so maybe it is required to draft them higher as opposed to years past
