Do the Saints go after an OLB first?

Is it feasible for them to trade up to get Jones? And does Mingo last to the 15th pick?
ETA: forgot about Jordan

I wouldn't be shocked, since there's a major scheme change, if they traded back and stockpiled some extra picks
Might depend on who's around. Wouldn't be surprised to see them go DB, either.

It's all about how the draft is going, if the Saints have this guy on their board they think will be a star but won't be there I hope they trade up. Because I think this defense needs some type of star more then anything
However if nothing is really there that pops out at them i'm all for trading back.

The playmaker/difference maker is what we need. If you have that one guy that the offense has to account for and this makes everyone on the D better.
Ex: Clay Matthews, Polamalu
I look at the Redskins with RG3 and feel that they made the right decision in getting their playmaker that they felt was a "can't miss" prospect. They gave up a TON but it transformed their entire team

I think if you are going for a pass rushing OLB than it can be in later rnds where those tweeners usually fall. I am big on Howard Univ. OLB Keith Pough who had a huge showing at shrine game.
If I was saints I don't know how you pass up DT John Jenkins from UGA. If Saints want a 3-4 D then this guy could be a "Vince Wilfork" type player. If he's not available than I like the Miss. State corner Johnathan Banks or just trade back and collect more picks.
