Not a huge fan of the idea of Ryan. He couldn't get his scheme to work consistently in Dallas with a good amount of talent.
I wouldn't mind a fresh, young mind with some new ideas. Much like when Payton came here in '06.

I guess you didn't pay much attention then, they did 10 times better than us with a TON of major injuries.
