Was going to go to South Farm, but forgot to set the clock. Was beat from yesterdays trip.
Anyway I threw my shite in my jeep and headed to a the woods for a wood duck hunt.
Set up in the wrong place due to running late. Shot my 3, but 2 of them still flew off. It hit me that I forgot to change my choke.

Missed half of the season, but even if I didn't, I would/will be hunting till the end. That will put me hunting into March.

Nope. Deer, maybe woodducks on a creek. After talking to him more I found out he doesn't lease. Just gives guys permission to hunt that way he still has full control and can change his locks on the gates at any time. Not my cup of tea

Thinking about going this evening but man, my boxes gets like 80+ in hot weather like this...
Maybe I'll get on a tree stand but I'm bringing the 45-70 this time and I would hate for the gun to knock me off the tree...
