Dude, he's a high school kid. After this weekend we might be his leader. Calm the hell down

Doesn't matter VT, I've heard that excuse all too many times. I realize that he is a HS kid, wants to pimp as many universities as he can and enjoy the ride while it last.......still don't like it and much prefer kids that evaluate programs earlier in the process, make their decisions and want to be a Tiger from that point on with no reservations.

Exactly! I'd rather have sold out Tigers than Saban's mercenaries.

Well he couldn't really do that because schools showed more interest later in the process. Hard to evaluate programs early on if you don't have offers.

Dude then stop following recruiting. I've never heard someone whine like you in just one topic. How about lets recruit just kids from Louisiana that bleed purple & gold and struggle to go 6-6 every year? That sound good to you?

This kid was ready to commit to FSU two weeks ago until his parents calmed him down and let him think about it more. He's just a very impressionable kid and we still have our visit this weekend which is good news that Saban couldn't fully close the door

good point, we should have passed on Patrick Peterson, since he waited till late in the process to commit to us.

Im am thrilled you're not our recruiting coordinator.

If we did it your way two things would occur:

1. We'd have a mediocre class each year
2. Our coaches would be bashed for lack of recruiting effort.

You sound like Mac Brown right now. Be careful what you wish for!
