Neal definitely. Very underrated. Probably not as good as Mingo, but this kid will turn heads

Desean Smith.

Hands, hands, hands.

Play in the slot. Short routes, over the middle routes, flat routes. Gonna be a useful player

Whomever helps us get our third down percentage numbers up. I'm thinking Desean Smith.

Even including White and Herron, I am most excited out of "whichever QB comes out on top between Jennings and Rettig".

We have seen over and over that having All-Americans all over the field will allow LSU to win the vast majority of our games - even with mediocre (or worse) quarterback play. For once it will be nice to know that every game LSU goes into, we will have a quarterback who poses a genuine threat.

"Jennings/Rettig"

Yeah, but more so in regards to some of the others in the class.

I'm just really excited about Logan.

I think Patterson will be very Kendrick Adams like. People forget how good adams was in run support. And to the guy saying Melvin Jones is too slow for ILB...I STRONGLY disagree go watch his film of him running past db's kid can move for freaking 250 and lateral movement only matters your first two steps until u turn and run towards the ball

Lets leave off white and Herron.

Alright (I think White is a "3 and done" player, will play significantly in 2013, start in 2014 and 2015 - he is a little undersized, but completely ready to play), leaving those 2 out, I'm also leaving out the QBs, because, in all honesty, they get overhyped, anyway - just the nature of the position - I like all of our QBs and I'll just leave it at that.

I'm torn between Desean Smith and Diarse - on the one hand, I would love for LSU to develop a professional level passing game that featured the TE as a "go to" guy. Smith is the first truly exceptional athlete we've had at the position in a while - we've had some decent TE prospects before (and either didn't include them in the gameplan, they didn't develop or both) - but Smith is the kind of athlete that normally gains weight and becomes a pass rusher.

Diarse seems such a gamer, like a bigger, "offensive" version of Mathieu (or a smaller Michael Clayton) - in that he is so dynamic and a natural playmaker - he could really change the offensive play options.

(I also considered Pocic as I belive the kid is almost too good to be true - a great pickup for our young offensive line.)

But, if presse to pick the recruit about whom I'm most excited (excluding White, Herron and the QBs), I go with Desean Smith, although that may be wishful thinking.

White! (Don't tell me who I can't be excited about. The player I'm most excited about.)

Jennings

Diarse

Gilmore

Spears (Yeah he's a project, but the potential to be really really good is there.)

Beckwith

Robinson

Jones
