So I was wrong, last time i talked to owner(which was a good 6 months ago) there was talk of closing the marina for this yr(2013) however I got curious and just called him up
They plan on being open for 2013!!!!!!! They have a few things they have to get taken of before the start of the season but as of now they will be open for this summer.
As for the champion he said he checked the nada value and the identical boat with a 250 (the one at the marina has a 300) was going for 58k. He said the first 50k will be accepted.

Make sure you tell them to keep the boudin balls in the microwave for an extra minute, if not you will get them back frozen in the middle.
