to be clear, you arent getting ANYTHING right? no fans, no beeps, no nothing.

if so - remove the front panel connector wires from the motherboard and use a small flat head screwdriver to jump start the board
make sure the psu is plugged in and make sure the screwdriver touches NOTHING but the pins.

you may have to try touching ever single combination of adjacent pins before it fires off

Nothing. The only sign of life I have seen is a couple led's blink on the gpu. I haven't seen them in awhile though.

This is the first I've ever heard of doing this.
