Projected depth chart of sort...

SAM (SLB)
No. 58 Tahj Jones 6-2, 205, SR
No. 25 Kwon Alexander 6-2, 215, SO
No. 23 Lamar Louis 6-0, 220, SO

Mike (MLB)
No. 57 Lamin Barrow 6-2, 232, SR
No. 22 Ronnie Feist 6-2, 230, SO
No. 51 Trey Granier 6-1, 227, SO

Will (OLB)
No. 45 Deion Jones 6-2, 202, SO
No. 35 Lorenzo Phillips 6-2, 215, SO
No. 31 D.J. Welter 6-0, 226, JR

Don't have a Mike over 230 lbs
Any concerns?

I imagine they can put on a few pounds during the offseason. Remember, some of the LBs are young and are still developing/growing.

Not at all. John Chavis' defense doesn't require 250 pound MLBs. SPEED>>>SIZE

With Chavis at DC, this is very likely...and it looks promising to me.

I don't know if I see Jones holding onto that starting spot with Lamar Louis and Kwon Alexander having another year in the system..

Sheppard, baker and minter werent over 230lbs before they were starters.

Id assume barrow could add 8 more lbs and be rt around 240.

Then melvin jones will prob play at 260.

Size in college doesnt matter if you are good. Every year people bitch ab the weight of a player, whether it be mingo too small or peterson too heavy for cb. Every offseason we go through this.

I disagree with your depth chart. Kwon alexander will start next year at will, it's between Dieon Jones and Tahj Jones at mike, and lamine barrow will start at Sam
