I'm saying stuff like that does happen. It's true. But it's something that rarely happens. It certainly doesn't make people think twice about dunking because that stuff happens.

It's surprising when it happens. It's not something you are expecting when you dunk. Like a jammed finger from a pass or rebound.

You are making it seem like dunking always hurts or something.
