After reading a lot of the talk on the board lately everyone wants AD to be the impact player he will be NOW. In football lately you draft a QB and he comes in and is successful sometimes in his rookie year. In basketball its a little different. Especially when you have a guy that basically just came out of high school. All guys mature differently, but after maybe 3 years or so you will have a guy that develops into a Star, the guy you wanted right away now is the man.

I think AD will be a special player when he hits his prime, but he is just playing off of talent right now. He's still "raw" and when he fine tunes his game he will be up there with the greats!

**I know all players develop differently, but here are some picture examples.

Dwight Howard

Rookie Year:

Now:

LeBron James

Rookie Year:

Now:

Michael Jordan

Rookie Year:

In his Prime:

I chose these 3 off the top of my head, but all in all each NBA player gets bigger and better every year. I think AD will follow in these players footsteps and be great in about 3 years. Here is a current pic of "THE BROW"

This board doesn't have time for patience.
