Everyone keeps saying teams are down, but it's mostly just Kentucky and UNC who have really fallen off.
The top 8-9 teams in the nation this year are rock solid. Then you do have some drop off.
Louisville is better than last year's team. Ohio State and Kansas have at least comparable teams to last year's teams. Duke is better. Indiana is better. Michigan is better. Florida is arguably better.

I agree that there seems to be a handful of teams clearly better than the pack. It'll be a crazy tournament, but in the end you might see a lot of chalk in the Final Four
