Andy Reid coaches offense. 7/8 vacancies that were filled were filled by offensive coaches. Love smith doesn't have a job because he coaches the wrong side of the ball not because he's black.

Plus Reid is known for developing QBs (or atleast making them look better than they are), if you are an offensivly droughted team like KC, Reid is the first guy youre going to want to call.

That and he wasn't meeting their standard in his current position
If the bears made the playoffs this year he retains his job
Go figure that black coaches get fired for under performing just like their white counterparts
