Tonight was the last straw. I'd rather watch paint dry. Dropped from the DVR.

What was so bad about it?

Now it's becoming too obvious that they want you to suspect Weston the way he stalled when Kevin Bacon insisted that the first location on the phone trace was the correct one.

It's a very nitpickable show but isn't every horror/suspense thriller?

I wanted to give up when the wife got in that car but then you have to realize that her son has been kidnapped for a week/weeks by a serial killer cult, the FBI hasn't been very effective and she's been told this is her way to get him back. She probably knows that she very likely could die by doing getting in that car but she can't live with the "what if?".

I haven't read the rest of the thread but the worst moment last night was when the cop let's Hank walk up on him. Terrible.

I just don't get why swat wasn't there within minutes. They knew the general area so they could have been on stand by

Or when Kevin Bacon, who up to this point has become weak and out of breath at the slightest physical activity, was able to sprint a half mile from one house to the other without any ill effects from his pacemaker

Is this show good? I have the entire season DVR'd but haven't started watching it yet. Worth it? Do you think it will get picked up for a 2nd season?

TIA

It's a bit ridiculous but there are worse things on TV. I still just dont see how this will span multiple seasons and remain decent though.

This. I really don't know where they will go after this. Another cult following will be watered down. Whole reason Kevin Bacon is there is because of the ties to the Poe fanatic. Once he is done what is next.

The whole reason I enjoyed the first two episodes was because it had a few suspenseful moments and twists. The last couple have kind of switched from that and it's become way to predicable.

I'm only about half way into the episode, and I'm having a difficult time not turning it off. Shitty writing is shitty. This might be one of the most nonsensical shows I've ever seen

I'm not liking, but I'm still watching. Might give up after tonight unless something crazy happens.
