I'll second that vote for Poches, short drive to Breaux BR. Pork backbone stew, crawfish étouffée and a side of fried catfish. All good sides to choose from. Pick up a ponce or deboned stiffed chicken to cook later for supper.

Darla neglected to tell me where this was at (i.e. located), so I thank you, and will have to check this place out.

ETA: i.e. - investigate the premises and ascertain it's gastronomic value.
