well, it was one 4 star, Kwon, who I love but we only got him after bama backed off because of his knee. Deion and Feist were both 3 stars.
I'm not questioning their ability at all, in any way, in fact I think they looked very good. and that's my point. Minter wasn't even in the rivals top 250, neither was Kelvin Sheppard. THAT is what Chief does with GOOD linebacker prospects. what would he do with a Reuben Foster?
how do prospects not see this, or more to the point, how do we not make them see it?

were all 4 stars and debo may be the best of the bunch. It's not our coaches faults that rivals didnt know a damn thing about Debo until after signing day.
Chavis wasn't even here when shep signed with LSU.

ok, you and Jim were right about Louis and Phillips, my bad. I wasnt trying to be cute, I just overlooked Phillips and forgot Louis moved from ATH to LB.
and I know Chavis wasnt here when Shep signed. again, this is my point. Chief took a good prospect and made him first team All SEC.
all Im trying to say is that Chief turns "good" into "great", so what would happen if he actually got to start with "great" now and then?

The staff viewed Minter as a great pospect. Recruiting site rankings aren't always gospel.
