I definitely agree we are going in the right direction. I think most basketball educated people know that.
I was still hoping for a little surprise out of this team that I knew didn't have a ton of talent left at certain positions.
I at least want our players to get good experience being in close games and trying to figure out how to win the close ones.

this team just doesn't seem to be able to shoot the basketball with any consistency .. if we hit 1/3 of the 3s we've missed this season so far .. we beat marquette, auburn, and south carolina -- and the season looks a lot different at that point .. we need 6'5"+ guys that can step out and knock those things down to pull defenders out of the paint ... we've done an OK job protecting the basketball for the most part this season and have caused problems with our press ... but we just don't have the depth to keep it up .. we just need to shoot the ball a lot better ... from what i just read about CJJ's first true class .. we have that in there, on paper ..
