Alright- EVERYBODY

Our entire offense is coming back, and they know where change is needed. We will have the best OL/RB combo in the SEC bar none. And if Mett can improve (plus some added height in the WR corps) we will be fine.

Yes we lost a ton on D, and the 2 BEST PLAYERS IN OUR 2013 CLASS will step into the 2 biggest needs on D- DE and CB. Plus we have a ton of new talent. If you don't think we will be in the mix for the next few years at least then

I really feel that we do. I seriously believe that LSU would have played for (and won) the title if we had TM7 or Alfred Blue for the entire season.

Obviously 0-12 for the next three seasons 'til Saban feels sorry for us and comes back.

How in the world can you say we will have the best Oline after watching the bowl game, that was about the worst RT play I have ever seen, made the Clemson DE look like an all pro.

theyve known where the change is needed for 5 years. everybody has. thats not the problem, the problem is miles is too stubborn to even try to fix it. he doesn't even make an attempt, he just goes right back out with the same shite that hasn't ever worked before as if it will magically work this time.

I think he is going to have to make the proper staff hires and iron the O deficiencies...if not it will be tough getting by UA. The toughest thing about the Clemson game wasn't so much the final, it was watching the O still not jelled, and watching a perceived talent gap that in reality did not exist. Coach Miles is going to have to find another gear.

Pretty good summary of my thoughts as well. We are currently handicapping ourselves by not taking a more agressive tack on O. The talent's there.

One of the most disheartening things about the Clemson game was that our STs were outstanding, our D was very good, but our O still had no identity 13 games into the season.

I live in Bama, & you should here 'em when Bama loses. Fortunately, for them, that has not happened much in the past several years. They blamed Saban after last year's 9-6 loss.

A program is a 'Ryan Perrilloux' away from winning, losing or not even making it to, a BCS Title.

We almost lost Perrilloux to Texas.
Then we got him.
Then he came in and helped win the SEC Cship against Tennessee.
Then he gets in trouble.
Then he gets in trouble.
Then he probably gets in trouble again.
Then he's kicked off to his dismay....and ours.
Then JJ happens.

THis is all to say that it happened to us, and that it can happen again. WIth that said, it can (and has) happen to a team like Bama, UF, Arky(HAHAHAHAHAHA), Auburn, UGA, ATM...etc.
Also, an Albert Means can happen, or conversely a Cam Newton (where, wierdly, you don't get caught)

So who knows. Gotta see how our qbs and of course, our offensive coaching develops and keeps talent.

There is so much luck, but one thing is for sure. If we play like we did against Clemson, the we are subject to playing down to our competition....say like a lowly Ole Miss in a season where one fumble can ruin your chances to the Title.

Talent
Coaching and
LUCK.

Have to have all three, and we can...... so I will say, YES we can win in the next 3 years. Hell, maybe we can get a Mulligan Bowl with Bama, one day.

Also, maybe we can retroactively award ourselves a national championship from the "Football Thesaurus" like Bama does.
