I've been to the original Doe's in Greenville, MS, about a dozen times and I've yet to be impressed. It just happens to be the best option in that shitty Delta town.

I could take you to 3-4 different restaurants in Columbus, a town of 25,000, that beat it hands down.

It's not bad, just not special.

You would think after unimpressive time 6 or 7 you'd say frick it and quit going. Not sure how many Michilin stars you though it had, but when you walk in through the front door into the kitchen dodging flames, knives, slabs of meat and hardworking happy arse black folk you should have probably altered your approach.

It just happens to be one of the few real places left in this country. You know, not Walmart or Lonestar or Bed Bath and Beyond. I'm not surprised it's novelty is lost on a dumb arse gump such as yourself.
