College Hoops 2K (underclassmen recruiting, total schedule control, weekly highlight show, Selection Sunday, Midnight Madness, AAU recruiting, the first and best Coaching Carousel, lifetime contracts)
MLB The Show (don't really like baseball, but this is fun...total roster control, stadium upgrades, finances, promotions, smart trade engine)
NCAA Football (coordinators, Coaching Carousel, recruiting is finally really fun...still missing PS2/Xbox features like neutral site games and player discipline issues)

I feel like they could do so much more with most dynasty's, especially NCAA and enrollment numbers. Always hate trimming the roster down to 70 when it should be 85.
