Here's most of what you need to know.
LINK
If you meet the criteria then it pretty much is a matter of walking in, picking one out, fill out a little paperwork, pay for it, then walk out the door. I was in and out in about 20 - 30 minutes but I knew what I was looking for but there is quite a bit to look at if you don't mind talking the time.
Edit: Ordering online and having it shipped will save you some tax money which can be substantial depending on the rifle. The downside to this is that you are basically leaving it up to the staff to select the rifle in the grade you order. The website gives you a very general idea of what you'll get but there are variations in terms of the metal finish, throat, and muzzle wear. Sometimes significant. My rifle is one of the "specials" with an even 1/2 for the muzzle/throat wear but many were 1/2+ or 1+/2+ and one I saw was a 1/3. Most were tightly fitted with the furniture but some were loose and would rattle. If you care about that kind of stuff then you might want to pay a bit more to pick it out in person if you can.

Sweet! What's the date on your receiver? Mixed parts?
