Although states laws differ, I'm pretty damn sure that she does have to pay in KY as a resident and would get a $0 credit for the taxes she didn't pay in Tennessee.

You should see a real CPA and not some jerkoff at the Jackson-Hewitt in Walmart or the H.R. Block idiot at Sears.

I use TurboTax, does that count?

And it's also on a military base, not sure if that matters or not.
