This is a good point. I feel like they kinda ground each other. having geenie next to cowherd makes him tame his ego some and forces him to respect the opinion of his colleague. And having cowherd instead of golic next to him actually brings out greenies intelligent side.

It's just because it's new and they haven't turned into caricatures of themselves yet. The Golic is tough and Greenie is a wimp shite jumped the shark a long time ago and was the main reason I quit tuning in. Given enough time, Cowherd and Greenie would follow a similar path but with a different shticks.
