I think the reason he dodged some of the questions and didn't go into specifics was because he has given sworn statements under oath saying that he didn't use drugs ect. Technically he perjured himself. It would be really stupid to start admitting details about certain things, especially if he has given sworn testimony regarding certain instances.

I think he just didn't want to rat out people who haven't already cinfessed. He's already beyond the statue of limitations for perjruy.
