If we recognize Bonds, Mcgwire, Sosa, etc as the best of a generation of cheaters and accept that they may have changed the sport for the better, why can't we just accept that Lance was the best of his generation of cheaters and made cycling more interesting/competitive to the general public than ever before?

The questions aren't as soft(ball) as I was expecting but the guy has a way of simplifying everything with the way he answers.

Just about to post that. Her initial questions haven't been terrible, but he avoids giving details and she doesn't bother going any further.
