He'll eventually leave, I'm not saying he won't, but I don't think he will leave for anything other than a head coaching position in college. As I said...they have the same philosophies on football and, as Saban proved at the Dolphins, those philosophies don't work in the NFL.
He makes more money at Alabama as a DC than he would as a DC in the NFL.
