It's a very migrant state. While I agree with the op's premise -- that Les is doing/does a great job of getting the state's top players -- the comparison to UGa/Georgia isn't apples to apples. Especially when it's just a top 15 across the board.
LSU, imo, is in very unique recruiting situation, with regards to recruiting in the state of LA.
