First off Johnny Jones has done a better job than anybody expected especially with the limited amount of talent he has, as well as continuing injury and discipline problems. As others have pointed out it is not good to bring up past coaches or bash them but Trent left LSU with nothing, he never has a top 10 class or even a real true top 25 class, and his staffs were buddies he brought along not necessarily the best coaches he could get. Coach Jones has done all of this in his short time here, and his on the court decision making cannot be judged now. Some people may not know or have forgotten but losing Godfrey before the season started I knew we would be in trouble, if we had Godfrey this team could be dangerous. Very few people care about LSU basketball, mens or womens but borh coaches are doing great jobs this year and I couldnt be happier.
