Correct, 1/8 was the norm before Bath forms and were the first royalty printed on the Bath form. It's still the standard royalty figure on the form, but usually it is crossed out and superseded by the royalty on the Exhibit page.

These days. My MIL signed a lease and I only saw a portion of it and thought I saw 1/32 royalties on there somewhere. She was pretty protective of it so I didnt get a good look

I've been at my company for 5 years, worked for my dad before that since I was in middle school, he's been at it for 40+ years and my grandmother was before. My dad says its always up and down and when you get on with a good group, hold on to it as long as possible.

Wells were drilled there back in the 70s through 90s and some produced and have since dried up. They are going back now and fracking. They are doing two drilling pads on 400 acres. Hoping my ole lady gets paid
