I disagree.
It's actually terrible PR when looking at all these inconsistencies.
If anything, they are winning because of the media.
Said it before and I'll say it again, first objective of a good PR firm is to gain back trust. 0 trust has been gained because I think we all can agree Te'o is a lying sack of shite
