So I've got about 5-6 episodes left of Season 3 and don't know if I'll be able to finish by tonight. Do I just go ahead and watch this episode or is there something that happens at end of Season 3 that I'll be clueless about if I don't see all of it first?

Nah, you can watch tonight and not worry about it - nothing happened that is integral to the storyline.
Though the last many episodes of last season were awesome - and the finale was a flashback episode when all 3 met in college - great episode
Yeah, if anything ever happened that was integral to the storyline, that would be a first
