REAL Underrated Actors: Not What You Are Thinking

I'm not talking about Chiwetel Eiojofor. I'm not talking about Colin Farrell. I'm not even talking about Micheal Shannon.
I'm talking about guys that few have actually heard of. They may recognize them vaguely. They may know a film or two. But they are NOT house hold names. They have never been top bill in a film wide release. If more than 10 people know the person without a picture, it's the wrong type of person.
1. Post a Name
2. Wait For at least one page of other responses to see if anyone knows where they come from.
3. If plenty of people know who you are talking about, let it go
4. Post Picture and Favorite Performance
I'll start: Shea Whigham

Ian McShane, though he probably doesn't qualify if you want to go purely obscure-- though he does his best work in the most obscure roles he undertakes.
