I thought Perilloux got into trouble going into a Casino?? Johnny Football gets caught in a Casino! Is there a NCAA Ruling about players being where gambling is going on?

Perrilloux was in a Louisiana casino which requires you to be 21, and used someone else's ID.
Manziel was in an Oklahoma casino which requires you to be 18.
One legal. One not so much.

Besides, Perrilloux was getting in trouble for way more things than going in a casino. Namely waving a pistol around in the Varsity one night that very few people know about.
