It depends on how many scholarships are available for that spring semester. You can only have a certain number of kids on scholarship at a time.

85 is the limit. No school can have more than 85 on scholarship at any time. Fall, spring, summer...whatever.

..with the juniors jumping ship, and I doubt they stay enrolled for the spring as they prep for the draft, there will plenty of slots below 85 for all of our early enrollees.

Do all of the early draft guys open up spots for EEs?

As long as we stay at 85 or below then all can start in the Spring on scholarship.

A little trickier on those who can count back to last year's class.

you mean to tell me we don't have a rantard staked out at BTR ready to report at the moment he walks through the jet way?

The only way you can substitute another for a junior leaving is if the junior (eligibility-wise) has graduated by the end of the fall semester. This limits the number that you can use for EEs, but since some of those jrs have been here for 4 years already, some probably graduated.

You would think there would be a tweet out there in the last few days. I'm not a "sky is falling" type with recruiting but just sayin.

I think they said his plane left LAX at 6, which I imagine meant 6 local time for him. If he had a layover in Dallas or Houston, we won't hear anything for another hour or so probably.

This is unacceptable.

Can we find out what airline he is on and clear a path please? Anyone here work for the FAA?

I probably just got pinged on some secret government monitor for this post. Oops.

Great. No Rettig, no Avery, now I got the Feds all over me. This day sucks.

We may not hear anything for another 2 or 3 hours, based on some expedia.com window shopping I just did.
