Has to be the Tampa Bay Bucs. They won a Super Bowl first.

As much as I love my Bucs, not a snowball's chance in hell as long as the Glazers are running things.

Must be the Bucs. They always sell out their games.

Falcons.
My uncle is in the front office, I got to see everything in the organization this week and meet a ton of people, they're a wonderful, classy organization.

If you are looking at the franchises' history then they are all below average to bad. Atlanta, Tampa Bay, and New Orleans all had long stretches of being downright abysmal. Carolina hasn't been along for very long, but they may have been decent for a bigger percentage of their history than the other three.

You can make the argument as Tampa Bay being the best because they were the first to win a superbowl. New Orleans has a decent argument due to recent success. If, God forbid, Atlanta wins the superbowl this year then their argument is just as good.

I would say that ignoring total history and taking into account only the current state of the franchises the rank is:
1. Saints
2. Falcons
3. Panthers
4. Buccaneers
If Atlanta wins the superbowl then New Orleans and Atlanta are tied for the top spot.

Saints have a SB within the last 3 years
2 NFCCG under their current HC
Winning 65% of games under same coach
3 division championships
Multiple playoff wins
Tens of thousands waiting list for tickets
Nicest stadium in division
Best fans by far

Honestly who matches up under their current coach? Or in the last 10 years??

Not the saints, seeing how they are the most losing team in the history of football.
Not the falcons, since they have never won a superbowl.
Not the panthers, since they just plain out suck besides that 1 superbowl win.

My vote goes to Tampa. Trying to be as unbiased as possible.
