Not photoshopped, but he's holding the snake
very close to the camera which really screws
with the depth you see in picture. There are
lots of pictures out there of people holding
snakes and all of them claim that they caught
and killed the world largest _ _ _ _ _ _ snake.
This is an Eastern Diamondback, and those can
get HUGE. I've seen several 6-7 footers before
and spoke with the guy in Edisto Island SC who
actually caught the largest one of them recorded
(at least as of 2008). it was 8+ feet. I think
this one is just another big EDB that looks much
bigger because of the way the guy is presenting
it

Did anyone notice that there are leaves on the ground and the guy is in a long sleeved shirt with a tee shirt on over it. That snake should be hybrinating if the background is correct.
