I got a cheap burner and a 60 quart pot from academy last year. Make sure the pot comes with a cage inside. For 15-20 people, I would go with an 80 quart pot. You could boil a whole sack at a time in that case.

Get a single jet burner and the biggest pot you can afford, 120 is what I have.... with a basket as mentioned.
