Anybody familiar with a Verona over/under?

A guy is wanting to trade me one for a set of tires I'm selling. He said he paid $900 for it at Bass Pro 3 years ago, but I can't find any pricing on it. Looked on Gander, Bass Pro and Dicks websites and they don't sell em, but they got good reviews online. It's Italian, so I like that.
Anybody familiar with them or know if they are good guns? Does that new pricing sound right? He said it doesn't even have a box of shells through it.

I'm pretty sure that gunmaker isnt around any longer. I'm thinking they stopped importing them around 2005ish? Anyhow, they had a good reputation and if well taken care of I'm sure its a good gun. Some NIB Verona's are on GunsAmerica for $1,200 but I wouldnt go more than $750 or so for a gun which would be a hassle if it needed repair.
