It's certainly up for discussion. I guess it depends on your expectations. They played a shite schedule in a shite division. They did get the 1 seed, but it took a Texans choke job to get it.
They were a playoff team last year. Is making the playoffs and going 1 and done an improvement? Goes back to expectations. I think he at least has to make a SB or its a bust.

That's a team level accomplishment. On an individual level Broncos have improved their qb play. Not a bust.
Fans might expect more than Broncos deliver but that's a disappointment not a bust.
If Peyton had played like shite this year that would have been a bust.
