I think Miles knows this, but his idea of "correction" is just getting better execution of the current offense. But even if it is just execution, surely he should see that the current staff isn't getting it done - after all, aren't the coaches ultimately responsible for the players to execute the offense? I have a hard time understanding how Miles cannot see that offensive staff changes are needed.
