Definitely not before signing day. That would be the dumbest thing he could do. The idiots on this board don't realize it, but having staff turnover a month before signing day is a recipe for disaster. Fortunately, our head coach is not an idiot like the people on this board.

Shortly after signing day.

He isn't making a change though. New first year QB this year and a make-shift OL from injuries/players quitting/etc. I think he goes at least one more year witht he current staff and tbh, that's probably the fair thing to do considering all the things that happened this year, evnthough many want a new OC.

I think depending on who he gets it just might persuade Robert Nkemdiche (DE 6'4" 285 lbs.) into signing with LSU and not Ole Miss. You say, yes, but he is on the Defense, I say, it makes a big difference when the Defence thinks with the style of Offense they run will give the Team as a whole a better chance at winning than someone they may not trust will give them that edge. They also may pick up several more big time recruits with the hire if it is the right one. I am of the feeling the sooner the better, that way they can all plan sooner with the Offense they will run than later. Just sayin!
