Cabella's ECWCS or similar.
A windproof pullover and polyester sweatpants.
Carhart ARCTIC LINED bibs and coat.
The above will do it in just about anything. You'll be surprised. The "slick material" as your 2nd layer will make it easier to get around. The layers can slide over eachother. Welcome to God's Country, man.
