Might be prostatis. (Sp?) that's just in inflammation of the prostate...you might also be ejaculating too much in one day and your testicles and urethra just need a break.
ETA: drink cranberry juice and take anti-inflammatories several times today

Sounds like you have prostatits or epidydmitis.
NSAIDS will help discomfort, but you will likely need an antibiotic if it is above. Tight briefs limit movement and discomfort (if epidydmitis). If prostatits, ejaculation helps, but may be painful or even blood-tinged
If stable can wait until mon,
unless fevers, worsening pain, or skin changes overlying said testicle --> urgent care vs after hour clinic vs ER
If you are in BR area, I can see you Monday fwiw (urologist here)

This +1000. Make sure you get checked for STD's. Even if your doc calls in meds and it gets better, you and your partners need to know. I recommend getting checked before taking anything. If you do go the the ER, make sure they check for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
