Surely you can't be serious. Sure, things have to bounce your way sometimes, but winning 3 out of the last 4 NCs isn't luck.
From what I see, the main difference is that he has zero tolerance for incompetent assistant coaches. He doesn't just keep bad assistants around long. If they don't produce and develop the players they coach, THEY'RE HISTORY! He doesn't just hire great recruiters that are weak football position coaches/teachers like Miles seems to do. If you're not a superior position coach, you're gone from the Saban staff post haste.
Meanwhile at LSU............
