i tried to counter the OP's statements and ask him to be objective, but he chose to focus on the bad - which is his choice, but 1 sided.
to each their own.
i think we should renegotiate the contract for less - then sell it with some just for men - win win - we get him cheaper, and he has no grey hair.

Definitely look for a number of players including harper's contracts to be restructired this offseason due to cap issues. If there is anyone who can make something out of nothing it's Loomis.

Thracken13 how did you counter? You said quit b*#%hing and suggested its the entire defense fault, since Brees is considered off limits by some, I gave you three games to look at and yes I gave you a subjective view of my thoughts on Harper. How can one think objectively when you clearly see a guy being completely out of position, Seattle game which knocked us out of the playoffs, and look at who is getting grilled the minute the winning touchdown catch is made at SF which also KNOCKED US OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS.
I suggested he gets his weight up (may be too old for that now) to move to lb considering Shanle seemed to be out of position on a lot of plays as well. These aren't just plays I'm talking about these are KEY PLAYS LIKE TOUCHDOWNS AND THIRD DOWN CONVERSIONS which is why his mistakes are extremely noticeable.
I would love to know which team will be dying for his services, considering if he did pick Drew off, Drew would be able to run him down.
