Very yeasty tasting. I figured the carbonation didn't allow the yeast to settle. I also used 1 drop per bottle, maybe i was supposed to use 1/2 drop.
Just easier to go corn sugar.

My sanitation procedures are pretty anal, and not much has changed, and I have never had a problem since then.
