That may be true. I guess I'm just a huge non movie snob. I like some stuff like that (I like National Treasure, Gone in 60 seconds, and Avatar). But I also like very well done, deep films as well. I just want to be entertained usually when I go to a movie; if I want to learn something I'll look it up or watch a documentary. fair enough. I have brilliant friends who watch movies that I, and most people on this board would consider trash. It's not an intelligence thing. Some people view movies as a very legitimate form of art and expression and are offended by nick cage and Michael bay. Some people, not necessarily dumb, like to just throw back some popcorn and be entertained. It's a very different movie watching philosophy.
