Not only that, but people also want to praise the staffs recruiting and talent eval, but then bitch when it pays off and guys go to the NFL. You can't have it both ways. If you bring in really talented players, the NFL is going to want them.

Some of these kids are leaving too early. Just cause they are entering the draft doesn't mean they are ready or will have a long successful NFL career.
