Alright these are the shafts i am entertaining at this point. Also keep in mind that I'm not really looking at anything above $150 or so. If there is anything excess of that you'd like to mention then that's cool.

Aldila RIP a60 - it's torque but low weight seems interesting
Motore F1 65 - due to the titleist chart and it's specs seem right
Aldila VS proto - sort of old school, but can be acquired for cheap.
Proforce V2 76S - like the very low torque but the weight isn't that attractive
D+ White 72 - don't know much about it, but it shows well on the chart.

For historical reference here is a novel. I was driver fitted in the last couple years at Le Triomphe. Shafts were limited since they only have a Titleist cart, but the launch monitor was outdoors at least. At the time i was hitting a 8.5* 909d3 with voodoo shaft. I went to the fitting seeking more control and consistency, but i did like my current low trajectory ball flight and distance was fine. The fitting showed my spin to be a little high and my launch angle to be very low, anywhere from 7-9*. I happen to like it that way but he indicated that launch angle is supposed to be around 13*. At that time he did say i had the ball back to far (beaver pro was right on with that). We pushed the ball a little further up in my stance and it increased my launch angle slightly (i do that now and it has since helped, but I still balloon some)
He then recommended me to the proforce V2 76S, which increased my launch angle a little and did reduce spin some. However the shaft just felt very heavy and like swinging a weight.
I also hit the RIP and Ahina both which resulted in some good and some not so good results. However they were more comfortable.

After looking at all this i might need a higher launch shaft with lower spin like the proforce. or maybe the RIP A70 could work.

again, thoughts appreciated.

Like I said previously, make for damn sure the shaft is not "made exclusively for".

I've had it. It is awesome. Tried to have it removed and put on the Razr fit but the diameter was too small.

I'm getting the 913 at some point, so I didn't bother replacing it.
